Yesterday we held a successful teacher refresher training covering key components of lesson planning, effective lesson delivery, classroom management, and the Breakthrough to Reading programme.

Some highlights from yesterday’s training included:
• Strengthening structured and learner-centred lesson planning
• Improving teaching strategies to enhance learner participation and understanding
• Reinforcing positive classroom management and child safeguarding practices
• Aligning teaching methods with the Breakthrough to Reading approach to support early literacy development
• Sharing best practices and teamwork among teachers
