Montessori teaching requires a shift.
You are not the centre of the classroom. You are not constantly directing. You are not filling every silence.
Instead, you are observing. Guiding. Trusting.
And that requires patience, awareness, and humility.
This approach is not for everyone, but for those who understand it, it changes everything.
Do you resonate with this way of teaching?

Montessori teaches us to pause… observe… and trust the child.
👉 Independence is built, not given.

What is the “Absorbent Mind”?
In the early years, the child does not learn consciously. They have an innate ability to “soak up” everything around them.
Language. Movement. Behaviour. Environment.
Everything around them becomes part of who they are.
This is why the environment matters. This is why the adult matters.
And this is why Montessori education begins differently.

Montessori teaching is not for everyone.
It requires patience. Observation. Humility.
It asks you to step back instead of stepping in, to guide instead of control.
But for those who understand it, it changes everything.
