Word of Encouragement to All in the Minerals Sector

Beloved colleagues and partners,

The minerals sector is a growing field of entrepreneurship for Africans — especially for Namibian miners and communities. We are all learning, myself included. Each day teaches us that the way we see things and the way they truly are in this industry can differ greatly. The process, the law, and the system of this world have many gaps — gaps that we, as Africans, must fill with wisdom, unity, and resilience.

You will meet people with minerals but no buyers, those with money but no true sellers, those with documents but no investors, and those with leadership titles but no leadership mindset. Yet, even in these challenges, there is opportunity.

This is a powerful sector — one of wealth and transformation. It demands trust, honesty, resilience, and a strong mindset. It calls for focus, smart hard work, and teamwork. No one succeeds alone. We need both men and women at the table.

Women, remain focused. Do not be distracted by temporary things. As Scripture says:

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33

Mining is not for the faint-hearted. It is a field of courage and conviction. Your choices command your destiny.

With resilient leadership — those who love and serve from the heart — we can overcome barriers and shape a prosperous future. If you call me leader, then let us hold hands in times of struggle and success alike. Problems are not punishments; they are opportunities to learn who truly walks with us.

“Iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

Let us stand together, today and tomorrow, until the last moment of our lives and generations. Remember, no man is God, and no system is God.

“Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles.” — Isaiah 40:31

Stay strong, stay united, and keep shining — for Africa’s wealth lies not only in its minerals, but in its people’s spirit.

Lady Thekla Mutero – Theky Shine Trading Cc Company Logo Rebranded: A Symbol That Stands Out

The lady in the logo represents the African Queen — Lady Thekla herself — embodying strength, heritage, and leadership.

The Star ⭐️ symbolizes the declaration: “Yes! I shall rise and shine brighter like a star. I shall be above, not beneath; the head, not the tail.” (Deuteronomy 28:13)

The global map represents the fulfillment of scripture: “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8) It signifies my journey from Namibia to the ends of the earth — to testify of the goodness of the Lord, to mentor, and to build business with purpose.

This logo is more than design; it is heritage, birthright, and destiny. It proclaims empowerment, faith, and leadership in the mining and business sector.
