“In Acts 2, the spiritual encounter in the upper room resulted in the removal of physical lack among the believers.
The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to turn you into a portal from heaven.
If you are not driven to destroy lack, you need to go back into that upper room and stay there until you receive the Holy Spirit.
Everything else is just counterfeit.”

Comedian’s hilarious ’17 Christian ways to say no’ — we’re all guilty of the last one
'When you got saved, you got eternal life, forgiveness of sins, and access to a whole long list of ways to say no.'

But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

Toughest passage in the Bible.
2 Timothy 2:24-26
And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.

Ekklesia
EKKLESIA is a word that means “assembly.” The church is an assembly of God’s people with a purpose to teach, inspire, and lead others to faith in Jesus Christ. The Book of Acts shows us what the assembly can do when they are empowered by God to reach out into the whole world.

What Is Spiritual Warfare?
Spiritual warfare is anything that the enemy uses to try and pull mankind’s heart and mind away from God. Our enemy has blinded so many Jesus followers to the realization that we’re living in the midst of a violent spiritual war in an attempt to keep us unaware of the victory Jesus’ blood has already won for us.
The spiritual realm can be hard to grasp because we cannot see it with our earthly eyes. The Bible makes it very clear that there is a heavenly realm, also known as a spiritual realm. While we are living on earth, we are unable to see this other realm, but we know it is as real as you and me. What better way to ensure that Jesus followers won’t fight back than to blind them into believing the war doesn’t exist.
Temptation is the most lethal form of spiritual warfare. Temptation is anything that lures our hearts away from God and His truth. Our enemy has studied each of us since conception in our mother’s womb, and we are no match for our enemy alone. Because of Jesus, we are more than conquerors to whatever he assaults us with. We have an enemy that not only knows our weaknesses, he enthusiastically exploits them. Our enemy’s primary focus is drawing as many hearts from God’s love as possible. The book of Revelation makes it clear that our enemy’s future is set, but mankind still has time to choose theirs.
Our spiritual enemy does not sleep. He uses his knowledge, deceit, and manipulation to wreak havoc on women every single day. No matter what the enemy assaults you with, if you have put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, victory over the enemy is not just a nice thought; it is possible. Over the next few days we are going to learn how to detect spiritual warfare and fight back God’s way.

To confidently express your doubts as if they were facts is the pinnacle of foolishness.
Faith is created by expressing what is yet unseen as though it were seen.
Express your desires, not your doubts. Express your faith, not your fear.
Remember that the voice you hear the most is the one that leads you. If it is your own voice, make sure that it is a voice of faith.

God is on the side of the humble.
Forget titles, materialism and social acceptance. That stuff leads to depression.
"For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? "Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? "And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life? "And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. "But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?' "For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Matthew 6:25-34
