✍️ Inside YOLO’s Content Writing Workshop with Sam Hollis

Today our students had the incredible opportunity to learn directly from Sam Hollis, business owner, marketer, and creator of Enjoy Mozambique — a platform dedicated to showcasing the very best of travel, food, lifestyle, and adventure in Mozambique.

During the workshop, Sam walked our students through real examples of engaging articles, shared practical tips on content creation, and challenged them to develop fresh ideas for teen-friendly activities across the country.

The energy in the room was inspiring! Our students are already crafting their own articles, and some may soon be featured on the platform. We can’t wait to see their creativity come to life. 🚀

🌞 Synergy Week – Day 3: Team Recharge at the Beach! 🏖️💛

Yesterday we took a break from the books and headed to the coast for a well-deserved recharge! After a demanding exam season, our team traveled to Ponta do Ouro to relax, reconnect and celebrate the journey so far.

On the way, we crossed the Maputo Special Reserve and were lucky enough to spot giraffes! 🦒✨ A magical start before landing on a beautiful beach day with perfect weather.

From splashing in the pool to games on the sand, laughter and sunshine were the highlights. 🌊😄

Because great learning comes from a team that is energized, inspired, and connected.

Huge thank you to Hugo Gomes (AB InBev) for an eye-opening session on leadership, discipline, and becoming your best self.

We couldn’t have asked for a better ending to Synergy Week! 💛

Today, we fired up the braai and everyone pitched in to prepare a delicious meal — teamwork never tasted so good. The celebration was topped with a yummy YOLO cake, a sweet reminder of the incredible memories we’ve made over the past five days. 🎂✨

This week has been all about fun, teamwork, connection, and stepping out of our comfort zones. From community visits to gymnastics, beach games, cultural exploration, and today’s feast — we’ve laughed, learned, and grown together.
