This C&S Carnival, SHRC and BLU are once again teaming up to turn your pre-loved books into meaningful, new opportunities for communities in need with Books For A Better World (BFBW) 💜

📖 We’re looking for:
• Books in good condition
• Children’s books, young adult fiction, general nonfiction

🚫 *We can’t accept:*
• Textbooks
- Works with explicit content
• Damaged, heavily written on or mouldy books
• ⁠Books with explicit content

Let’s write the next chapter of change together once again. One book at a time 📕✨

❗️KINDLY NOTE❗️: Boxes will be provided for. Boxes brought by individuals will only be accepted if it is filled up 100% by books. Otherwise, please bring books INDIVIDUALLY!

Respectful terminology supports broader goals like Gender Equality (SDG 5), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions (SDG 16). Language shapes society, so let’s use it responsibly!

We've organized a mini fundraising bazaar during Ramadan to support local businesses! The bazaar features unique local stalls and delicious food trucks. We're raising funds to support advocacy groups committed to promoting the rights of women and all gender minorities in Malaysia!! 💖
