A programme to assist school students from needy families in Malaysia through personal mentoring and using an online learning platform.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, school closure has forced students to study from home using Google Classroom and Google Meet/Zoom. However, many students from B40 families are unable to learn properly due to a combination of the following conditions: a lack of devices, irregular or limited classes, inconsistent quality of teaching and unsuitable learning environment. Vision: To leave no one behind

Maszlee calls on govt to set up National Education Action Council 15/02/2021

So glad that through the assistant mentors, we have university students helping to mentor school children in the AngsanaLEARN programme.

"Maszlee suggested that experts in universities could play a role too in producing more content for school children, including through utilising their research grants.

"University students, meanwhile, can be encouraged to tutor the students, their siblings, neighbours or any child within the Covid-19 standard operating procedure radius (of 10km) to prevent cases of school dropouts and children left behind," he said."

Learning to work together is so important. Having a team that can work together is even more critical.

6 new Chromebooks that we have purchased to be distributed to needy students under the AngsanaLEARN and SMKSULEARN programmes for the month of February. We will need to recruit 2 new mentors and 4 more assistant mentors to support these students.

Workable as everyone has a TV at home. They can also stream it live on YouTube for those who has more children and devices at home.

Pusat Khidmat Rakyat Parlimen Seremban
No 447, Tingkat Bawah
Jalan Tun Dr. Ismail
70200 Seremban, NS

Email: [email protected]

Pegawai Khas: Henry Yeap 016-3163898
