Alhamdulillah! We're excited to announce the signing of an MoU between Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and SDS AI Lab Sdn. Bhd. This partnership, which started with discussions in 2023, aims to enhance digitalization efforts and AI training at UiTM.

We're looking forward to the establishment of the Special Interest Group (SIG) AI Nexus, which will foster greater collaboration and innovation.

The MoU will boost academic collaboration, facilitate student and faculty exchanges, and support joint AI research initiatives. Our students will gain hands-on experience and formal education in AI, giving them a competitive edge in the global job market.

In a collaborative effort, through AI Nexus and through .my , provided an upskilling training program for UiTM’s postgraduate students. The training, conducted by AI Nusantara at SIDEC, focused on AI in Business Analytics. It was primarily attended by AAGBS students from the fourth semester, along with students from other semesters.

This was the second cohort of the program, consisting of more than 20 students. The curriculum included topics such as Generative AI and Power BI. One student noted the relevance of the topics to the program and their practical applicability in their work or business environment.

The program was praised for its convenience, with the staff being commended for their friendliness and persistence in resolving issues related to accommodation, food, and transportation. The trainers were lauded for their professionalism, understanding, persistence in assistance, and passion for teaching. Their content was deemed easy to understand and interactive, with numerous practical examples shared.

The program ran face-to-face from February 19, 2024, until February 28, 2024. We hope that our AAGBS students will fully leverage the knowledge and skills imparted through the program.

AAGBS was invited to the DoubleTree by Hilton, I-City, Shah Alam to receive a certificate of appreciation from AI Nusantara by SELANGOR DIGITAL SCHOOL.

This certificate is awarded to AAGBS in recognition of the school’s commendable contribution and active participation in the AI Nusantara community, demonstrating a commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence.
