Core exercise is not only for those who wants to build sexy abs or 11 lines. In fact, it is important to do more core exercises to train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability in daily activities like carry heavy things, improve back pain and avoid injury. Typically for mommies, our core is weak after giving birth.

Yesterday many feedback they felt difficult to engage the core muscle during the preview class. It is perfectly normal I was unable to engage my core too in the beginning when I joined Fit Mom Project. However with our live online exercise classes we will help you to slowly strengthen the core muscle with the right technique.

Aww…Another video hit 💯 views record quietly💋💋

I do not have 100 subscribers so I never expected to hit 💯 views when I started the Youtube Channel.
I will be very happy even I have 1 new subscriber increase and will shout for cheer! My hubby think I am crazy 😝

In less than 2 months, I have uploaded 7 videos. Average 1 video per week 😉

I did all the video editing myself and unlock some new editing skills every time. I also always think how to enhanced better video quality. It is all sincerely from my heart and love aside from the sweat 😜.

I am extremely happy and touched! Thank you for your support and encouragement! ❤️❤️Hope you benefited from the workout videos.

However, nothing beats the online live session from us which we have Coaches demonstrate the right pose, regression or alternative pose if you have knee or other body issue as well as the right breathing method if you really want to flatten your tummy and build sexy abs.
