Photo extract is from a batch of learners from an international school, done in Mid-April '21. Very good participation levels and comprehensive results from all in the 10 assessment areas.

Post Covid-19 training courses should re-focus on these 4 key levels. I am practicing this model with added value to it over time, since early 1990's. Most importantly, there has to be be some sort of return-of-investment (ROI), be it the impact to the business, one's knowledge & skills enhancement, positive work habits and attitudinal improvements. It must also include a genuine win-win outcomes to both the employee and the employer,;only then can trust and teamwork becomes visible.
