Epsom Salt Bath Recipe Epsom salt is the common name for Magnesium Sulfate crystals. If you have seen my pinned post on Autism & Sleep then you may have learned how important this nutrient is for promoting nervous system regulation in Autism. Some benefits you may see are: 💤 better mood 💤 deeper sleep 💤 more regulated 💤 less anxious An additional benefit is that Magnesium Sulfate supports the sulfation pathways in our bodies, helping in detoxification and elimination. You can build this into your daily night time ritual. Infact this became my favorite bedtime routine with my own son as it also creates some amazing opportunities for play, engagement and language.
