Learning adjectives became extra meaningful for our Year 5 students this week! β€οΈ
In conjunction with Motherβs Day, students used adjectives to describe their mothers and wrote heartfelt sentences filled with love and appreciation. From βkindβ and βcaringβ to βstrongβ and βbeautifulβ, every word came straight from their hearts. π₯°

π« Year 5 Science in Action!
Todayβs lesson on human blood circulation wasnβt just from the textbook β students got to see and control the flow themselves!
Using a simple hands-on setup, they explored how blood moves between the heart, lungs, and body, while understanding:
β’ the difference between oxygenated and deoxygenated blood
β’ how each part of the heart functions
β’ the continuous flow of circulation
A simple activity, but a powerful way to make learning clear and engaging.

Each student picked a mystery chit and answered a question on income tax before exiting the class. From tax reliefs to chargeable income, it was a quick recap to check understanding on the spot π

π²β¨ Learning Grammar Through Play! β¨π²
Year 4β6 English students had an exciting time mastering tenses through a fun and interactive board game! Instead of the usual worksheets, they rolled the dice, moved along the board, and practiced forming sentences in the correct tense π¬
From laughter to friendly competition, every move helped reinforce their understanding of grammar in a meaningful way. When learning becomes play, students stay engaged, confident, and eager to participate!
