02.04.22: Astara Academy U10 diberi kesempatan untuk berkelana di luar Negeri Sembilan pertama kali sejak pandemik dan mewakili Negeri Sembilan ke AVS Friendly League sehari sebelum puasa bertempat di Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.

S**a, duka, gembira, kecewa, dan pelbagai perasaan dilalui sepanjang mengharungi 9 perlawanan membentuk kematangan dan jati diri.

It’s hard to beat a team that has great technical abilities. Though, it’s harder to beat a team that has high determination regardless of technical abilities.

True determination comes from the heart and soul. It can be triggered. It can be spread. It can be raised. Neither money can buy or sell it, nor human power that can dictate the process.

Its okay. No rush. No force.

Academy is a contribution platform for the nation building in a footballing ecosystem. It creates awareness, chances, competitiveness, and many more.

It also supplied a pool of players with different style and character to the mediums that vary from amateur to professional. It makes beneficiaries have a wide range to choose from.

We need not just one academy but more. It enables all aspects mentioned above to reach a greater height. What's more significant is that when academies initiate support just for the sake of that growth.

22.01.22: 'Drills' boleh berulang sampai jadi kebiasaan. Tetapi, 'demand' dan 'progression' berbeza setiap individu. Ulangan amat membosankan kalau tak ada motivasi dan kesabaran. Bila dah biasa, ia sudah menjadi amalan. Batu yang keras kalau dititikkan air berulang kali lama kelamaan melengkuk juga.

The Samurai Blue has been consistent as a major stronghold in Asian football for the past 15 years. That is means even the grassroots methodology 15 years ago had proved to come into fruition. Japan has a very details cultural values in its footballing ecosystem from grassroots to professional levels.

Legends once says that Japan used to learn from Malaysia back then when our football is at its peak of the golden age.

Now, it’s time to contemplate upon ourselves and learn from Japan, especially in its cultural perspective. Bring back here and initiate what suits us as Malaysians. Dasar Pandang Ke Timur.
