Enclave Junior Kindergarten
is developed based on six learning focuses;
1. Communication,
2. Sprituality, Attitudes and Values,
3. Humanity,
4. Personal Competence,
5.Physical Development and Aesthetics, and
6. Science and Technology.
These six learning focuses are the main domains that complement one another and are integrated with critical, creative and innovative thinking. The integration aims to develop ENCLAVE KIDS that appreciates moral values based on religion, knowledge, competence, creative and critical thinking and innovation.
1. Communication
The Communication focus emphasises verbal and non-verbal communication in interaction.
2.. Spirituality, Attitudes and Values
The Spirituality, Attitudes and Values focus gives priority to the appreciation of religious practises, beliefs, attitudes and values.
3. Humanity
The Humanity focus emphasises on the acquisition of knowledge and practises of the local community and the environment, the country and the world as well as instilling patriotism and unity.
4. Personal Competence Strand
The Personal Competence focus emphasises the development of socio-emotional, interaction skills and social skills amongst pupils. The development of leadership and personality is fostered through curricular and extra-curricular activities.
5. Physical Development and Aesthetics
The Physical Development and Aesthetics focus emphasises physical development and health for personal well-being and nurturing of imagination, creativity, talents and appreciation of arts among pupils.
6. Science and Technology
The Science and Technology focus emphasises scientific knowledge, skills and attitudes as well as mathematical knowledge and skills.
