Homemade Banana Cake that is soft and moist. Read carefully before you start baking.
Let’s get kickin

Banana Cake Recipe
200g Overripe Banana (Berangan/Cavendish Banana)
60g Sugar
3 nos Egg (150g)
150g All purpose flour ( i used Rose flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
100g Corn Oil

1. Preheat your oven to 175 degree celcius

2. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl and set aside

3. Put together banana, sugar and eggs in a big mixing bowl and whip on high until double the size or it becomes pale white

4.Spoon 2 tablespoon of flour mixtures and fold into the egg mixture and repeat the steps until youre done with the flour

5.Lastly, fold in the oil LITTLE BY LITTLE until evenly mixed

6.Pour the batter into a 6/7 inch chiffon/round mould

7. Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.
