Pada pagi ini, Kumpulan METEOR telah mengadakan Sesi Bersama Teraju Baharu, En. Farid Wajidi Mat Yusoff, yang disiarkan secara langsung menerusi YouTube Live.

Dianjurkan oleh Bahagian Sumber Manusia & Perkhidmatan Pentadbiran Kumpulan, sesi tersebut memberi peluang kepada seluruh warga Kumpulan METEOR untuk mengenali pemimpin baharu organisasi serta mendengar aspirasi dan hala tuju beliau.

Dalam ucapan sulungnya, En. Farid merakamkan penghargaan kepada bekas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan, Dato’ Naharudin Ali, atas kepimpinan dan sumbangan beliau dalam memacu pelbagai transformasi positif. 📊 Prioritising Mental Health, Strengthening Workplace Wellbeing

We just wrapped up a two-day Mental Health Awareness Programme with the team at Thomson Hospital in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

The sessions were led by Dr. Hazrul Hizam Karim, a Senior Lecturer from OUM's Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Hospital environments are demanding, so we focused on practical ways to spot early signs of stress and emotional challenges. The goal was to give the staff the tools they need to look out for for themselves and each other, and foster a truly supportive and balanced workplace culture.

Healthcare workers spend their lives caring for everyone else, so this was a great opportunity to focus on them. Here's to better mental health in our hospitals and taking genuine steps forward together.

With more than 3 decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, governance, strategic planning, and stakeholder management across both the public and private sectors, En.
