📖 A detailed step-by-step guide has been sent to all participants via email.

Students receiving the following awards are qualified for the 2026 TMC Final Round:

PMP and Think Academy, as the official organisers of TMC, will begin submitting PAJSK co-curricular credit applications to the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) for students who participated in the competition.
⏳ The government approval process requires at least 30 days.
Once approved, the supporting documents will be sent to eligible participants via email.

🌟 Think Academy Term 3 New Semester Course｜Age 11–12 🌟

Age 11–12 is a very important stage for upper primary students
It is not only a stage to strengthen their primary school foundation
but also a key transition period before entering secondary school

When children reach Primary 5, the difficulty of mathematics increases significantly
Many important and challenging topics in primary school mathematics begin to appear at this stage

Math learning also gradually shifts from concrete word problems
to more abstract thinking in number theory, algebra, geometry, and integrated problem solving

This is why many children start to show a clear difference in learning progress from Primary 5 onwards

For children who already have a strong foundation
this is a good stage to move further ahead
They can go beyond school-level content and challenge themselves with higher-level mathematical thinking

For children whose foundation from Primary 1 to Primary 4 is not deep enough
Primary 5 is also a very important opportunity

With systematic guidance and sufficient practice
children can still catch up with the learning pace
and even build new strengths in mathematics

📌 For Primary 6 students
they are already approaching the final stage of primary school

Whether children are preparing to apply for a good independent school, an international school
or simply hoping to complete their primary school journey well
and enter secondary school with a stronger starting point
this is a very important stage

Many children only realise that they are struggling with math after entering secondary school
The learning becomes harder, and they may start to feel more and more stressed

Very often, it is not because secondary school mathematics is suddenly impossible
but because the primary school foundation was not learned deeply enough
and the gaps only become more obvious when the difficulty increases

If children only stay at the level of “being able to solve simple school questions”
without enough training in analysis, abstract thinking, and integrated problem solving
they may find it much harder to cope after entering secondary school

🌟 Think Academy Term 3 New Semester Course｜Age 10 🌟

Age 10 is an important transition stage in primary school mathematics

This year, Malaysia’s Ministry of Education has started introducing MPT4
Primary 4 students will sit for a centrally arranged learning assessment in October
The assessment will cover the learning content from Primary 1 to Primary 4

For Primary 4 students, this is a good opportunity to review their learning progress

If the foundation built during the first few years of primary school is not strong enough
now is the right time to identify the gaps and strengthen the basics

As children move into Primary 5, they will begin to encounter more abstract mathematical concepts
including more complex geometry, number theory, algebraic thinking, and higher-level word problems

If the concepts from Primary 1 to Primary 4 have not been truly understood
children may find it harder to cope when the difficulty increases

Many children do not suddenly become weak in math at the upper primary level
Very often, earlier foundation gaps only become more obvious when the questions become more challenging

That is why Age 10 is not only about preparing for one assessment
More importantly, it is a key stage for children to organise and strengthen what they have learned over the past four years
while preparing for more advanced math learning in Primary 5 and Primary 6

Think Academy’s Age 10 lessons systematically cover the key learning areas related to MPT4
But our classes are not about memorising concepts and formulas

Through different scenarios and question types
children are guided to truly understand mathematical concepts
learn how to apply methods in different questions
and gradually achieve real understanding through application

In our lessons, children will systematically build:

✅ Core knowledge from Primary 1 to Primary 4
✅ Calculation foundation and accuracy
✅ Word problem comprehension and analysis
✅ Key topics such as geometry, units, fractions, and decimals

If parents are not sure how well your child has mastered the learning content from the past four years
you are welcome to bring your child to Think Academy for a free placement test

Through a learning diagnosis
parents can better understand which areas are already stable
and which areas still need extra support

Before MPT4 in October
identifying learning gaps early and strengthening the foundation step by step
will be much more helpful than last-minute preparation

For Term 3, our Age 10 lessons will help children organise their foundation and improve their application skills
so they can prepare for MPT4 with more confidence
and be more ready for the higher-level math learning in Primary 5 ✨
