The WoLCE Academy is proud to celebrate the achievements of our students at the Chung Ling Private Debate Championship 2024 last week.

We are proud of WoLCE JJE (Jayden, Jaybriel and Emma) that swept the junior category of the tournament, bagging the championship title, final's best speaker, overall best speaker and top break. Emma was additionally the 8th overall best speaker at the tournament!

We are also proud of WoLCE KSL that stepped up to join their first tournament as a team, and ended the inrounds with an impressive 2/4 wins!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our talented students have not only participated but have also broken to the pre-quarter finals in the prestigious Indo-Pacific WSDC Tournament that took place on September 30th and October 1st. 🌏🗣️

For some of our students, this was their very first tournament, and for the entire team, it marks our FIRST break in a debate competition. 🏆🎉 Their hard work, dedication, and passion for debate have truly paid off, and we couldn't be prouder of their outstanding achievement! 🙌👏

🔥🎤We organised a Connection and Communications workshop on 7th September 2023 at SMK Selayang Bharu. Working with the SMK Selayang Bharu English Language Department, we were happy to educate approximately 80 students on the vital need for good communication, that will last a lifetime 🗣️💪 It was a fun and exciting time, and we are grateful to all at SMK Selayang Bharu for having us! 🙌✨ Together, we're fostering a community of strong communicators. [ Coaching Team Applications ]

The WoLCE Academy is expanding, and we are looking for experienced speakers with a heart for teaching to join our coaching team. Our Academy consists of a number of different classes both online as well as at our centre in TTDI, for various levels of debate and public speaking. Coaches based in Malaysia are preferred, however coaches willing and able to offer virtual coaching are welcome to apply as well!

Additionally, we also run workshops related to debate, speaking and communications at schools across Malaysia. If you are interested in helping us for single workshops rather than regular classes, we would be glad to have you onboard as well.
