Had a very disappointing experience with recently.

While queuing to checkin luggage, the staff told 8 of us that the flight was full and we couldn’t check-in anymore. This is despite us having paid for our tickets already! 😓

T&Cs states that web check-in is allowed up to 1 hour before the flight.. but according to the staff, web check-in closed the day before our flight, and my seat was sold to someone else 🙃 The staff were helpful to rush us to KLIA and bought MAS tickets for us, but the airline should have never let this happen in the first place!
