Yee Xuan delivered her speech in a very stable and calm manner, showing wonderful confidence and composure throughout 🤩👏
Her fluency was excellent, with smooth and natural delivery from beginning to end ✨💫

Yee Xuan also showed very good action demonstrations, bringing the tailor role to life with clear and realistic movements such as measuring and threading 🪡👗
On top of that, her eye contact was steady and confident, and her intonation added great expression and warmth to the presentation 💯🥳

为什么政府会选择「四年级」做评估?
这几天看到很多讨论
有家长担心、也有家长不安
让我整理一下政府为什么这样做

从政策角度,为什么是「四年级」?
根据目前公开的说明
政府的考量主要有几层

第一
四年级是学习的关键转折点
一到三年级,孩子在学的是基础能力
认字、阅读、基本计算

到了四年级,学习方式开始改变:
需要读懂题目
需要应用知识
需要开始思考与分析

很多孩子的 #学习裂缝
就是在这个阶段出现的

也是啦。。这几年听到家长说孩子



不是突然变差
而是基础跟不上新的要求

第二
四年级评估
是为了争取两年的介入时间

如果在四年级发现问题
五、六年级还有时间调整、支持、补强

但如果等到六年级才发现
孩子已经要进中学
空间很小,压力很大

从系统角度来说,
这是 #预防式思维
而不是等到问题变严重才处理

可能你在想,他们用什么方式补补?
或者为何一开始孩子会有学不会的状况?

这个是另一个课题得延伸讨论

第三
与国际与未来课程接轨
很多国际学习评估(如 TIMSS)
本来就是在四年级进行
用来了解孩子是否具备
进入高阶学习的能力

政府希望提早知道
我们的孩子,准备好了吗?
站在这个角度,
四年级
并不是为了提早考试
而是提早看见

其实真的挺好的!!!
只是
#家长觉得:太急了吧?

这一点
其实也完全可以理解
因为对很多家庭来说
政策不是慢慢走进生活的
是突然「宣布」,突然「执行」

孩子还没准备好
大人也还没消化好
所以家长心里真正的不是反对

而是一个很真实的问题
“为什么不能今年讲,至少老师先准备,制度先搞好?

这个是不是很考我们的适应能力??
最考验的是我们的老师,你们加油❤️❤️

那在这个已经要发生的改变里
家长能做什么?

第一
#评估不是问题
#标签才是问题

孩子在四年级的数据
只是一个当下状态
不是能力的终身判决书

我们要很小心
不要把:「需要支持」变成「你不行」

孩子最怕的不是不会
而是被大人看低

第二
孩子真正需要的
往往不是补习,而是安全感

很多学习卡关的孩子
不是因为不聪明

而是因为:
害怕犯错
害怕被骂
害怕我是不是比别人差

如果评估之后
家里只剩下:
赶进度
追成绩
比较别人

那孩子的压力
反而会提早开始

第三
再好的评估
也代替不了大人的稳定

政府可以给数据
学校可以给方案
但孩子每天回到的,是家庭

如果大人本身:
情绪长期紧绷
一听到「评估」就焦虑
把成绩当成安全感来源
孩子是一定感受得到的

很多时候
孩子的学习状态
是大人内在状态的投射

那很多家长会问
如果四年级已经评估了
那孩子的五、六年级在做什么?

其实,从设计上来说
五、六年级不应该是一直“被追成绩”的两年

而是孩子最重要的整理与扎根期

如果用一个画面来想
四年级,是照一张X光
看看哪里需要注意

五、六年级,才是复健、回力量的过程

在理想的状态下
五、六年级应该发生的是
❤️老师更清楚孩子需要什么
❤️学习节奏可以被调整
❤️有些孩子需要多一点基础支持
❤️有些孩子则可以安心往前探索

而不是所有孩子一起被推着跑
#也就是说老师要很厉害
#因材施教

而对孩子来说
把基础真正站稳
建立学习信心
不带着恐惧进入中学

这一波改变
#不是把压力提早给孩子
#而是把觉察提早给大人

因为孩子的未来
从来不只是一个年级的评估
而是他们在成长过程中
有没有被理解、被接住、被陪伴
