[THE 4TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON LAW, GOVERNANCE AND SOCIAL JUSTICE (ICOLGAS) 2026🇲🇾🇮🇩]

ILU USIM proudly documents the participation of our sponsored international participants at the 4th International Conference on Law, Governance and Social Justice (ICOLGAS) 2026, organised by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Purwokerto, Indonesia.

Held from 14–16 September 2026, the conference carried the theme “Governing the Future Through Local Wisdom: Law, AI, and Community Environmental Resilience for the SDGs”, bringing together academics, researchers, legal practitioners, students, and participants from various countries to exchange ideas on law, governance, artificial intelligence, environmental resilience, and sustainable development. (ICOLGAS 2026)

Among the highlights was the opportunity for our USIM representatives to present their research in the parallel sessions, engage in academic discussions, and build meaningful international connections with fellow participants and scholars.

[UMSURA INTERNATIONAL SHORT COURSE 2026🇲🇾🇮🇩]

The International Law Unit USIM, is pleased to document the participation of 15 selected students from the Faculty of Syariah and Law (FSU), USIM, in the International Short Course organised by Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya (UMSURA), on 10-17 August 2026

Held under the theme “Socio-Legal and Cultural Diversity for Sustainable and Inclusive Legal Development”, the programme provided an enriching platform for academic learning, cultural exchange, and international collaboration.

This experience marks another meaningful step in strengthening international academic relations and fostering cross-cultural understanding among future legal professionals.✨
