On Thursday, 20 August 2026, our international students had the opportunity to participate in our Chess Trial Class. During the trial class, students got a glimpse of what a coach-led chess CCA would be like, while beginners had the chance to learn more about the game and get started with the basics. ♟️

We are excited to announce that Chess will be launching as a brand-new CCA for our International School students! 🎉 Students who enjoy the game and are ready to sharpen their skills are encouraged to join.

📢 As CCA registration is ongoing, All international students are advised to register as soon as possible and secure their CCA.

🏆 Upcoming Chess Competition

We’re also pleased to share information about the ESPORT: EDEN CHESS ONLINE COMPETITION, organised by our external chess coach.

A friendly reminder to all our parents and students — Orientation Day is happening on 18th August, next Tuesday! We can’t wait to welcome you and help your child get ready for their new school journey.

Please take note of the following:

Who should attend?
• New registered students
• Confidence Start students
• Early Years (Reception) to Year 1
• Year 6 to Year 7
• Students transferring internally from Private National to International School

What to bring?
• Come together with your child
• Your child should be dressed in the school uniform
• Students from Year 4 onwards: Please bring your iPad/tablet

From 3–7 August 2026, our students Kung Ethen and Junno Tan Jun Ren proudly represented our school at the Kejohanan Olahraga MSSJ 2026, taking on the challenge and competing among talented young athletes from across the state of Johor.

A special congratulations to Junno Tan Jun Ren for securing an impressive 🥉 3rd Place in the 3000M!

Every stride and every lap is a reflection of hard work, discipline and determination. We are incredibly proud of Ethen and Junno for giving their best and representing our school with pride.

Who says Mathematics is all about sitting quietly with a worksheet? Our Upper Primary Private National students put their mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and quick-thinking skills to the test in Maths Feud Masters! 🎯

From working together to finding solutions under pressure, our students challenged themselves while having plenty of fun along the way. More than just getting the right answer, it was about building confidence, strengthening teamwork, and discovering the joy of Mathematics.

A fun-filled battle of numbers, strategy, and teamwork and our students were ready for the challenge! 🏆
