I am pleased to announce that beginning September 2025, the SQM Research Lab at the University of Manitoba, Canada, has multiple fully funded openings for PhD and MSc students in Computer Science. The focus areas include Software Quality, Maintenance, and Green Computing. I plan to come back to potential candidates in December 2024. Al Qasimi Foundation Internship Program 2024 in UAE

Eligibility Criteria for Al Qasimi Foundation Internship Program:

1. Student Status:
- Open to current undergraduate or graduate students from accredited universities worldwide.
- Recent graduates (within the last two years) are also eligible.

2. Language Proficiency:
- Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 85 or IELTS score of 6.5 for non-native English speakers.
- IELTS is not required if English is the applicant’s first language.

3. Interest in Region:
- Applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in Ras Al Khaimah, the United Arab Emirates, and the broader Gulf region.

4. Relevant Academic Background:
- Degrees or coursework should relate to the Foundation’s focus areas:

- Public Policy
- Candidates with expertise in multimedia, public relations, or translation may also be considered based on project needs.
