A favourite in Sarawak, and a favourite of Team Indah too! 🧡 When participants asked for something more everyday, more comforting, we happily obliged. Butter chicken is that dish - rich, familiar, and always bringing smiles around the table.

This year, for Mother's Day, our Passion Fruit Cheese Tart will be crowned with edible flowers - a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds!

Despite the rainy weather, Barbara with her partner from Germany and Eloise with Haji from the USA embraced every moment, discovering fresh Sarawak ingredients and connecting over a love for new flavors. It was truly special.✨

From batik to the kitchen ✨
After joining our batik painting session, Marlie and Siri messaged us later asking if we could host a cooking class for them—and of course, we said yes!
