The Apple Tree's Term and Condition
ARTICLE 1 - PRE-ORDER ITEM
1.1 - At The Apple Tree, 80% of our products are pre-order items. By pre-order, we mean that we do not have the item on hand and we need to order from our suppliers at overseas.
1.2- Item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions.
1.3 - If you wish to order our pre-order items
, please wait about 7-20 working days ( max) for the items to arrived. This is because international shipment varies from time to time.
1.4 - After placing your order, you need to pay 100% from the total amount as a confirmation of order. You will be given 3 days prior to the order to settle this payment or the order will be canceled. We only ship the item after received the FULL PAYMENT.
1.5 - Once the item has arrived, we will notify you and ship the item to you. ARTICLE 2 - SHIPPING
2.1 - For ready stock item, please wait for one or two working days for the shipment to arrived and for pre-order item, the shipment may take 1-4 weeks to arrived.
2.2 - Free shipping is applicable for order above RM 100 in a single transaction/receipt ( Not included shipping fee )
2.3- For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, The Apple tree advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
2.4- The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
2.5- For International buyers, please contact us for the shipping options. ARTICLE 3 - RETURN
3.1- All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
3.2- Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange.
3.3 - Kindly contact us for further instructions. ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
4.1- Cash on Delivery [Ready Stock], Interbank transfer, ATM machine deposit ,PayPal for International buyers are allowed.

5.1 - Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.2 - Refund is only be given if the item is out-of-stock.
5.3 - Normally, it will take within 48 hours to issue a refund.
