SIM Development Workshop for MBA & MPM Programs 🚀

We recently wrapped up an intensive two-day SIM ODL Development Workshop (March 9–10, 2026) at Dewan Tun Fatimah, UMPSA Gambang, specifically for our Semester 2 & 3 MBA and MPM courses.

Led by Dr. Danakorn (Head of Technical, FlexMC) and the FlexMC design team, the sessions focused on hyper-efficient content creation:

Day 1: Leveraging ChatGPT and NotebookLM to rapidly build core learning materials, including lecture slides, video scripts, and text-based resources.

Day 2: Focusing on engagement and evaluation. We utilized ChatGPT and NotebookLM to brainstorm interactive forum prompts and self-assessments, culminating in the creation of dynamic H5P interactive activities.

The workshop also covered the design of robust Formative and Summative Assessments, ensuring our ODL programs remain at the forefront of digital education.
