My name is Aziera, and I am someone yang pernah ada masalah obesiti 15 tahun yang lepas.
When I celebrated my 32th birthday in 2008, I was so deperate to lose weight and improve my body. At that time I selalu penat, tak larat nak buat apa2, tried a lot diets tapi tak menjadi, so I know I need to find the right solution
I started disiplin jaga pemakanan & ambik nutrisi seimbang dengan bantu man produk Herbalife Nutrition, and finally lost 18kg. The products really help in giving me the results I want. Kenapa susah nak turunkan berat?
Maybe you dah disiplin jaga makan, selalu exercise, puasa beberapa hari seminggu, and buat apa sepatutnya you buat untuk turunkan berat.

A night to remember
After a long hard working day at the Expo Fit & Fun Carnival, me and husband were invited together with other Herbalife leaders in Kuantan for a very nice dinner
Bukan senang nak dapat duduk semeja dengan Mr Steven Chin, our General Manager of Herbalife Nutrition Malaysia & Singapore, and other corporate staff.
We get together to celebrate the teamwork and effort everyone has put in for the expo, and planning for more events here in . Aktiviti macam Expo ni dapat jadi ruang untuk our family members come and learn more about the products, and understand the kind of business that we do
The best part about tonight is, bila my husband were seated next to the GM & Kuantan's Presidents Team member during dinner. Mr Steven said, he really appreciate my husband's support to me in the business, walaupun dia sendiri tak commit fully in the business
But I believe, walaupun my husband is working full time, he understand the business very well, and peluang income yang ada dengan bisnes ni. This is because dia tak pernah miss to follow me to attend all Herbalife Malaysia corporate organized events dalam & luar negara
I sangat bersyukur to be in this business because I dapat tolong ramai orang dengan high-quality and science-based product that delivers results, the best marketing plan & also all the people yang I jumpa throughout my years in this business

Apa yang you selalu buat after cheat days?
In my 12 years experience mentoring woman in their weight lose journey, I figured out after cheat day, ada 3 cara how people handle it
A. Terus start balik macam biasa the next day. You don't take much time to stress or rethink about what you did and ate, but you jump right back on the track the next day
B. You feel alang-alang dah cheat beberapa hari, baik cheat terus je lah. You take some time untuk start balik, either tunggu next week, next month, atau tak tau bila. Kemungkinan give up terus pun ada
C. Ada yang memang betul-betul rasa bersalah, stress dan menyesal bila tercheat.
How to detect that you are this kind of person? Bila you ada terfikir nak buat salah satu ni:-
- Nak start puasa sepanjang minggu
- Mulai hari ni nak start exercise everyday
- Nak stop makan nasi
- Terus nak ubah cara diet kepada yg lebih extreme
Which one is the best approach?
Of course apa pun cara yang you pilih, please be kind to yourself. Jangan salahkan diri sendiri.
Remember, weight loss is just a part of your bigger goal, to become healthy version of you. It's about sticking to daily healthy habits for a long time, bukan ambik jalan singkat yang akhirnya akan buay you rasa penat, lapar, stress dan end up tak boleh amalkan dalam jangka masa yg berpanjangan. Akhirnya you akan cepat give up.

You kena be that person dulu, baru you boleh achieve apa you nak
Imagine being that person yang dah achieve body goals and weights yang you mahukan. Bayangkan apa pilihan makanan dia setiap hari, apa aktiviti dan senaman yang dia lakukan untuk kekal sihat, dan lain-lain tabiat sihat orang yang you nak jadi tu
Then slowly cuba buat sama seperti yang you akan buat bila jadi dia nanti. I know bukan senang, and you tak boleh berubah serta merta.
But if you tak start now, mungkin susah you nak dapat life dan health yang you nak tu.
Remember, yang penting ialah start slowly but buat secara konsisten. Pilih amalan sihat yang you boleh amalkan untuk jangka masa panjang. Your body will appreciate that you decide to start now
