We are pleased to inform you that the Academic Support Services, IIUM Kuantan, has moved from the Office of the Campus Director to the One Stop Student Centre (OSC).

Please do your clearance before collect your FULL TRANSCRIPT AND SENATE LETTER.

Students can collect their full transcript and senate letter by:

1) SELF COLLECT; COMPULSORY to bring the MATRIC CARD.

2) BY POST

a) Buy 2 envelopes (we only accept POS LAJU PRABAYAR SIZE M/L)

b) 1st envelope you address it to ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.

c) The 2nd envelope, you write down your details (on the consignment form) and put it into the 1st one which is addressed to the ACADEMIC office.

d) PLEASE PROVIDE HARD COPY OF YOUR MATRIC CARD FOR OUR OFFICE TO PROCEED.

3) COLLECT BY REPRESENTATIVE.

Please make sure you have settled your clearance.
Finance system will update your payment within two (2) working days. Once it is updated, kindly contact Finance (Student Unit) for confirmation.
