Checklist for year 1 entrance exam.........
1. Recognize all the alphabets A-Z.
2. Able to recognize the sounds of vowels and consonants.
3. Able to read and arrange simple sentences.
4. Phonic sounds and 3 letter words.
5. Identify pictures and words.
6. Numeracy skills- numbers and basic operations (addition and subtraction)
