Thank you to all parents for your continuous support! In order to provide our students with a better learning environment, we will be relocating to a larger space in the third week.
It is with great pleasure that I inform you of the relocation of our school to a new and improved facility. After much thought and planning, we have decided to move our school to a new location that aligns with our vision and commitments to providing an exceptional educational experience to all our students.
Our new school is situated in an area that is more accessible and convenient for all. The new facility boasts state-of-the-art classrooms, a modern library, and total 10 classrooms for our students. With modern facilities and all the amenities the new campus has to offer, we aim to provide students with an immersive and stimulating learning environment.

Dear parents, teachers, suppliers and distributors:
First of all, it is with great love and gratitude that we thank you for your trust and support in our child’s early development journey over the past period of time. We are excited to be a part of your child's development and work with you and your family in this area.
Due to personal reasons, as former business owner, we initially gave ourselves a short vacation and chose to temporarily withdraw from company management on December 28, 2023, leaving (transferring) other people to operate and handle related matters. Unfortunately, something unpleasant happened.
A wrong decision, trust in a person, in exchange for lies. As a result, our entire original (or former) management team has also been disbanded after Thursday, 29 February 2024. Regarding the transfer of management rights of the entire company, I put forward my requirements and specific agreements, which are:
1. The total monthly tuition fee is RM500 (half-day), RM850 (full-day) and RM350 (after school program).
2. Book fees have been reduced across the board, from the original RM1,500-1,600 to the later jump charging mechanism (based on learning needs and not exceeding 25% of profits).
3. We attach great importance to the safety of children, so we firmly believe that the school district/district’s own teachers, not external drivers, must pick up and drop off elementary school students.
4. Food safety issues are always a top priority. So on this issue, we cook most of the cooked food ourselves. The children eat healthily, the parents feel relieved, and we are happy.
5. Deposits, we believe this is also a question and worry for many parents. Previously, a refund of approximately RM30,000 (thirty thousand) has been prepared in accordance with relevant regulations (based on the amount paid during registration). Completion is expected on or before March 31, 2024.
6. Salary (and wages -KWSP, PERKESO & SIP), incentive (or allowance), and agree profit value (APV), we believe this is also a question and worry for teachers and tutors. Previously, in response to company restructuring and teacher/instructor performance reviews, the company has revised the management procedures for monthly wages, total salary schedules, job descriptions and job specifications, as follows:
-salary increment: 10% - 15% for 3, 4, 5 and 6 years old for teacher/tutor.
-incentive or allowance: RM50 to RM100 for part-time or freelance teacher/turor.
-agree profit value: 40% - 50% for extra activities such as hobby class, primary tuition & etc.
Unfortunately, there is news that no less than the three points mentioned above have not been implemented or have been changed. In fact, it is not difficult to find that we are also victims and suffer deeply from it. Withholding or withholding the balance of the transfer balance for various reasons or excuses. Sorry parents and children, due to the current status, we can no longer provide any help in the above 3 and 4, I'm sorry.
Regarding the above 5, the main purpose is to separate the replacement affairs of the new and old companies to avoid unnecessary disputes in the future. In addition, I believe this can also help reduce the financial burden on some parents and give them the right to make their own decisions. However, given that I am no longer the owner of the company, I would advise parents to consider whether to personally contact the company's new Financial Director, Mr. Hugo Loke [email protected].
One thing I need to reiterate is that the school needs to be legally licensed by the Ministry of Education, and the legal holder is still me (printed on the certificate/permit). Unfortunately, serious disagreements and some gray areas arose during the transfer, and I had no further obligations or responsibilities for parent and student affairs. The reason is that I am no longer an owner and manager of the company. In the worst case scenario, we do not rule out applying to cancel the license.
As for the above 6, I believe this can also help alleviate the financial burden of some teachers and give them the motivation to make valuable contributions and we look forward to getting the best career returns in the organization.
At this time, I personally believe that the interests of all parties should be safeguarded. Should parents, teachers and/or suppliers consult with the new company owner, Mr Sean Thong (+6 012 591 5743) or financial director regarding deposit issues, salary issues and collection issues (if any)? Of course, we will still try to follow up and try to negotiate with them, hoping that the matter can be properly handled as soon as possible.
Last but not least, regarding supply, I believe this is also a problem and concern for many suppliers and distributors of books, school uniforms and sportswear, school bags, indoor shoes, raw materials, etc. In response to third party feedback or complaints, a friendly reminder: Our old company has settled all invoices and has no obligation or responsibility for the new purchase order or the new company's amounts owed or settlement method (if any).
