UM ICE Student Chapter The Institution of Civil Engineers Student Chapter at the University of Malaya (UM) was founded in 2013, under Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Our aim is to increase students’ knowledge and perspective by giving them a range of civil engineering experience, help students to develop their abilities and share their knowledge, build links with other institutions, organizations, and learned societies as well as organizing civil engineering seminars, workshops, visits, and inter-universities competitions.
