🏃‍♂️ Testing my balance, strength, and agility in today's active challenges!

I had an amazing time putting my physical skills to the test through a series of fun indoor obstacles. From carefully balancing my way across a narrow wooden beam with my arms stretched wide, to crawling on all fours while perfectly matching my hands and feet to the floor markers, every station was a brand new adventure. Scaling the climbing wall and navigating the wooden play structures made me feel so strong and capable!

今天我超级兴奋，向一系列好玩的室内障碍物发起了挑战。我张开双臂，小心翼翼地在窄窄的木质平衡木上稳步前进；接着又手脚并用，把手掌和脚丫准确地踩在地面标记上向前爬行。无论是攀爬岩墙还是穿梭在木制攀爬架上，每一个关卡都像是一场大冒险，让我觉得自己充满了力量！

🥗 Building my very own plate of goodness!

I had so much fun choosing my favorite healthy foods today. I carefully cut out pictures of different yummy ingredients and glued my top choices right onto my paper plate to design a balanced meal. Look at my colorful plate filled with things like broccoli, orange slices, rice, and fish—eating healthy is so exciting when I get to pick!

今天我自己动手挑选了最喜欢的健康食物。我非常专心地把各种好吃的食材图片剪下来，然后贴在纸盘上，亲手搭配出营养满满的一餐。看，我的盘子里有西兰花、橙子、米饭和鱼肉，颜色特别好看，原来吃得健康也可以由我说了算！

⚖️ Arms out wide, knees bent, and balancing like a total pro!
I had so much fun testing my balance and coordination during our physical exercise session today. I carefully stepped through the colorful hoops while balancing bright green and red beanbags right on my arms, making sure they didn't slide off as I walked past the cones.

🧘‍♂️ 张开双臂，弯下膝盖，看我变身平衡小达人！
今天在体育课上挑战自我，真的太好玩啦！我把红绿两色的沙包稳稳地放在手臂上，一边小心翼翼地踩着彩色圆圈前进，一边还要绕过障碍物，时刻注意不让沙包掉下来。

👫 Best friends make everything better!
We headed outside for a fun teamwork challenge today, partnering up to balance a colorful piece of paper between our heads. Holding hands tightly, we giggled and cheered each other on as we took careful steps together across the courtyard, making sure our paper didn't fall!

👫 有好朋友在身边，什么挑战都不怕！
今天我们来到户外参加好玩的团队合作小游戏，两个人一组，用小脑袋稳稳地夹着一张彩色卡纸。大家手拉着手，一边咯咯欢笑、一边互相加油，小心翼翼地迈开步子走过院子，一路上都超级努力不让卡纸掉下来呢！

🥔 Making my own playdough from scratch!
I looked into the crinkly foil bowl at the warm, mashed potatoes before using my hands to press and knead them into a soft dough. Then, I used my favorite cookie cutters to press firmly into the smooth mixture, creating a perfect little Hello Kitty shape to show off on my open palms.

🥔 从头开始做我专属的土豆泥玩偶！
我看着锡纸碗里热气腾腾的土豆泥，然后用双手不停地揉捏，把它们变成软绵绵的面团。接着，我用最喜欢的模具用力压进平整的土豆泥里，印出了一个完美的凯蒂猫形状，兴奋地放在手心里展示。

🟢 Balance check, one, two, three!
I carefully placed the colorful beanbags on my head, my arms, and even the back of my hands, stretching my arms out wide like an airplane. Walking down the outdoor path step by step, I focused completely on keeping my body steady so the beanbags wouldn't slide off.

🟢 平衡力大考验，一、二、三！
我小心翼翼地把彩色沙包放在头顶、手臂上，甚至手背上，把双臂像小飞机一样大大地张开。沿着户外的地面一步一步往前走，我全神贯注地保持身体平衡，不让沙包滑落下来。

🔵 Balancing act with my best friend! My friend and I got to team up for a super cool challenge outside. We each took hold of the edges of a bright yellow paper, carefully working together to balance a blue ball right in the middle without letting it drop. It took a lot of communication, steady pacing, and careful steps, but we made it all the way to the basket and successfully dropped the ball right inside!

🔵 和好朋友一起寻找平衡的默契！

我和朋友一起组队参加了一个超级酷的户外挑战。我们各自分别捏住亮黄色卡纸的边缘，小心翼翼地合作，把蓝色的球稳稳地落在一整张纸的中央。一路上，我们不停地沟通、调整步伐，并专注地配合着彼此的动作，最终顺利地把球运到了终点，精准地投进了篮子里！

⭕ Can we pass the hula hoop all the way down without letting go of each other’s hands?

My friends and I stood in a line, holding hands tightly, and tried to guide the big yellow hoop across our shoulders, under our feet, and over to the next person. We had to wiggle our bodies, duck down low, and work together to keep it moving without using our hands at all. It took a lot of careful stepping and teamwork, but we managed to get it all the way to the end of the line.

⭕ 手拉手，不松开，猜猜看我们能不能把大圆圈传到最后？

我和好朋友们排成一排，小手拉得紧紧的。我们要把黄色的呼啦圈从肩膀绕过、从脚下钻过，一路传给下一个人，期间双手绝对不能放开。大家一会扭扭身体，一会蹲下低头，互相配合着让呼啦圈移动。虽然一路上有些摇摇晃晃，但我们齐心协力，真的成功把它传到了终点。

I am a sweet strawberry today! My friends and I had so much fun making our very own giant berries.

We used bright red colored pencils to fill in our strawberries with lots of beautiful, wild scribbles. Then, we used our very own hands to make the green leafy tops, creating a perfectly unique crown for each bright red strawberry before posing proudly with our artwork.

今天我是一颗甜甜的草莓！我和小伙伴们一起制作了属于自己的大草莓，真是太开心了。

我们用鲜红色的彩色铅笔在图画上涂色，用好看的线条把草莓填得满满的。接着，大家还用自己的小手印制作了绿色的草莓叶子，为每一颗红彤彤的草莓戴上独特的“小帽子”，然后抱着成品骄傲地合影留念。

Welcome to the butterfly world! My friends and I are exploring how caterpillars grow and turn into beautiful butterflies.

We carefully arranged tiny eggs and fuzzy caterpillars on our life cycle charts to see each stage of growth. We also practiced using scissors to cut out colorful paper wings, designed our own bright patterns, and even peeked inside a habitat box filled with flowers to learn how these beautiful insects live.

欢迎来到蝴蝶的奇妙世界！我和小伙伴们正在一起探索毛毛虫是怎样长大并变成美丽蝴蝶的。

我们小心翼翼地把小小的卵和毛茸茸的毛毛虫模型贴在生命周期图表上，观察它们成长的每一个阶段。大家还练习用剪刀剪下五颜六色的纸翅膀，设计出属于自己的绚丽花纹，甚至还观察了装满鲜花的昆虫饲养箱，了解这些美丽的小昆虫是如何生活的。
