Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/ Terapi Emosi EFT adalah akupuntur versi emosional. EFT tidak menggunakan jarum seperti teknik akupuntur, tetapi hanya dengan melakukan ketukan perlahan (“tapping”) dengan hujung jari pada titik-titik meridian tertentu untuk menyelaraskan kembali sistem energi tubuh. EFT ini sangat mudah dipelajari dan sangat berkesan, untuk sesiapa saja.
Menurut teori ilmu EFT, penyebab segala macam emosi negatif adalah terganggunya sistem energi tubuh. Dan emosi-emosi negatif yang tak mampu diselesaikan, menjadi penyebab utama pada hampir semua penyakit fizikal kita. Sedangkan praktikal penyembuhan barat sekarang ini masih mengabaikan fakta bahawa emosi negatif adalah penyebab dari 85% penyakit fizik. Dan itulah mengapa EFT sering kali berhasil pada kes-kes yang tidak dapat ditangani dengan terapi atau pengubatan konvensional.

Bengkel ini fokus untuk membimbing anda langkah demi langkah bagaimana untuk melakukan teknik EFT yang berkesan. Oleh kerana itu, tempat dihadkan hanya kepada 15 peserta agar anda mendapat manfaat yg maksima. InsyaAllah
