Eat more frequently. Eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.
Choose nutrient-rich foods such as whole-grain breads, dairy products, lean protein sources and nuts.
Try smoothies and shakes made with milk and fresh or frozen fruit, and sprinkle in some ground flaxseed.
Have an occasional treat such as bran muffins, yogurts and granola bars.
Do strength training to build up your muscles.
Make sure to keep your calories intake at least 2000/day.

⚔️Remember that being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition or if you are pregnant or have other health concerns.
