Learning mathematics is about becoming a mathematical thinker, not a human calculator. People often assume that those who are good at math can calculate anything quickly and can memorize any formula. Being “good at math” means that you can think logically, think in patterns, think out of the box, have good reasoning abilities and can work systematically.

Possible ways to collaborate include:
1. Extend SELFIE activities.
2. Expand the SELFIE project to include students or communities with learning challenges.
3. SELFIE training for individuals and teachers.
4. Develop an alternative SEL scale to be more inclusive and comprehensive.
5. Research and publication.

Teaching is a physical, mental and emotional performance.
