今天的 SEL 课程，孩子们学习如何表达自己的心情 “开心，伤心，生气，害怕”

通过有趣的“海洋球转转杯”游戏，孩子们一边转动杯子，一边说出自己抽到的情绪——是开心、伤心、生气，还是害怕。

在轻松愉快的互动中，孩子们练习用语言表达内心的感受，也学习理解不同的情绪。
原来，每一种心情都值得被看见、被接纳 💕

在分享与聆听的过程中，孩子们慢慢建立自信，也学会尊重他人的感受。

🌈 Today’s SEL Lesson

In today’s SEL lesson, the children learned how to express their feelings 😊😢😠😨

Through a fun “Ocean Ball Spin Cup” activity, the children took turns spinning the cup and identifying the emotion they received — happy, sad, angry, or scared.

In this playful and engaging activity, they practiced putting their feelings into words and began to understand that all emotions are important and valid 💛

By sharing and listening to one another, the children are building confidence and learning to respect others’ feelings.
A simple game, yet a meaningful step in their emotional growth 🌟
