Good afternoon to all parents. The past month have been a very challenging time for many. Once the Movement Control Order sets in, most education institute rushed to roll out programs online without doing enough due diligence with the tools they used.

In Sri Eureka, we've spent an enormous amount of resources to constantly evaluate various tools we used. Our Online Teaching SOP are also constantly updated to ensure student's privacy is protected at all times. We welcome parents to sit in during class to understand how we conduct classes.

Among the most important practices are:
1. Sri Eureka always invite student to an online class instead of using meeting ID or an invitation link. This way, we will have full control of who can join class and reduces disturbance to minimal.

2. Sri Eureka always prefers "whiteboard sharing" and strictly forbids any usage of we**am, unless absolutely necessary.

As such, due to security concern, we are officially moving away from Zoom and will be using Google's products only for all future classes. Detail instructions will be sent out to students before commencement of next class.

Good morning. We are closing down all classes at both centres till 31st March 2020 due to the government's movement control order.
