📌Leadership Begins with Humility

In today’s world, many people chase titles, positions, and recognition. But let me share a truth that experience has taught me: true leadership begins with humility.

Being humble does not mean thinking less of yourself. It means understanding your strengths while respecting the value of others. The strongest leaders I have met are not the loudest in the room. They are the ones who listen, learn, and lift others along the way.

To my students and the younger generation:

One day you may become managers, executives, entrepreneurs, or even leaders of large organisations. When that day comes, remember this, your title may give you authority, but humility will earn you respect.

Stay grounded when you succeed.
Stay teachable even when you are knowledgeable.
Stay kind even when you hold power.

A humble person continues to grow, because they know that learning never ends.

Success should never make us arrogant. Instead, it should make us more grateful, more responsible, and more committed to serving others.

Leadership is not about standing above people.
It is about standing with them.

Many people think leadership begins the day you receive a big position such as Manager, Director, or CEO.

But real leadership starts long before the title is given.

It starts when you choose discipline over excuses.

It starts when you take responsibility, even when no one is watching.

It starts when you learn to respect others, work with integrity, and continuously improve yourself.

To the students reading this:

One day you will sit in offices making decisions that affect companies, employees, and even communities.

You will sign documents that move millions in business value.

You will lead teams that look to you for direction.

When that day comes, your leadership will not be built overnight.

It will come from the habits you practice today.

• Be curious.
• Be responsible.
• Be someone people can trust.
• Learn to solve problems, not create them.

The corporate world does not only need intelligent executives.

It needs leaders with character.

Remember this:
A title makes you a manager, but character makes you a leader.

Datang awal, duduk di hadapan jika boleh, dan catat point penting.

Kehadiran = 50% kejayaan.

✅ 2. Ulang nota dalam 24 jam.

Otak mudah lupa.

Ulang cepat, faham lebih lama.

✅ 3. Jangan belajar sorang-sorang sahaja.

Bina kumpulan kecil.

Perbincangan menjadikan ilmu lebih melekat.
