THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN NO BAKE CHEESECAKE AND BAKED CHEESECAKE.

There is lots of people out there that love cheesecake. Cheesecake has smooth texture, more creamy and delicious. However, did you know that cheesecake is divided into 2 types which are no-bake cheesecake and baked cheesecake. Well, both are absolutely beautiful but different. Here I listed the main differences between these 2 types of cheesecake:

1. There are no eggs in no-bake cheesecake. While, baked cheesecake contain eggs and remember every dessert that contain eggs have to make sure that the egg is cooked.

2. The process of cooking no-bake cheesecake is by chilling in the fridge for a few hour to let it set. Meanwhile, baked cheesecake is baked in a water bath, then chills in the fridge at least 6 hour.

3. The texture of no-bake cheesecake is most likely mousse, softer and the crust also become a little bit wet. While, baked cheesecake has dense texture and the crust maintain crispy
