We are honored to announce that Dato Dr Ahmad Faizal Mohd Perdaus, the President of MERCY Malaysia has agreed to deliver a keynote address in the USM-ICOSS 2021. The details of his keynote address will be updated later.

The USM International Conference on Social Sciences 2021 aims to catch up with the current needs of the human lives, characterized by the struggles related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Social Sciences have contributed to the improvement of the human societies since the beginning of time, and in these challenging periods, Social Sciences are needed more than ever. Do you have research works that you wish to share with other researchers in the community? Join us in the USM-ICOSS 2021 to disseminate your thoughts and findings. Publication opportunities are provided to full papers submitted to the conference. Social scientific research works not related to the pandemic are also welcomed! You just need to submit an abstract to our e-mail address ([email protected]) for a possible inclusion in the conference.

Please be informed that the USM-ICOSS 2021 has extended its abstract submission date to 31st May 2021!

Procedures for submitting and abstract, submitting a full paper, and making registration and payment:

1. Please send an abstract to [email protected]

2. After the abstract is approved by the scientific committee, please register at https://ezconf.usm.my/check_reg.php?CSREF=eUgrQTNWQy9pOHNGSUpEQ3JTZEtCQT09

3. After registration, please send the full paper at the same link, in your own account.

4. After the full paper is approved by the secretariat, please make payment at the same link, through the 'payment' button.

This year, we are planning to apply for a CPCI indexing (by Web of Science) for our proceeding, and we are also planning to submit selected papers in special issues of two indexed journals.

Our fees for this year's conference has been reduced to accommodate the changing style of presentations. Here are the details of the fees:
