WE ARE 10! 🎉

1. Balancing the bean
Place the beanbag on your head, shoulder or arm. Move slowly and keep the beanbag from falling. Focus on steady body control.

2. Jumping
Practise two‑foot jumps and single‑leg jumps. Keep your body upright and land softly. Build power in your legs.

3. Throwing the ball
Throw and catch soft balls. Use proper arm movement. Improve hand‑eye coordination.

Our MK4 students practise balancing, jumping and throwing. We learn to control our bodies and work together with classmates. 👏
