👺 *_JAPANESE MASKS_*👺

👹 A Japanese mask is a popular headwear that is often seen worn by people of Japanese descent. The masks are often used in traditional theater performances and at Kamishibai (Japanese storytelling) events. Japanese masks are an integral part of Japanese culture, used for a variety of purposes from theatrical performances to traditional festivals and religious rituals. 

👹 People wear Japanese masks for many reasons: for fashion, sun or pollution protection, to avoid getting sick, or even to ward off evil spirits. Mask-wearing is a deep-rooted Japanese tradition. Masks can also help people stay anonymous, avoid bad luck, or stop strangers from bothering them. Some wear masks to honor ancestors, celebrate festivals, show patriotism, or just for fun—like at masquerade balls. Others like the unique look masks give.

👹 Japanese masks are mainly used in traditional plays like Noh theater. Each mask has its own meaning. Some represent gods, demons, animals, or famous characters from Japanese myths. Others show specific emotions or nature scenes. Besides theater, these masks are also used in religious ceremonies, traditional healing, costumes, or just for display. Whether on stage or in daily life, Japanese masks are an important part of the country’s culture and history.

TOKYO CAMII 🇯🇵 Diyanet Turkish Culture Center

- Tokyo Camii pertama kali dibina pada tahun 1938 oleh komuniti Muslim dari Turki. Bangunan asal kemudian dibina semula dan siap pada tahun 2000, kini menjadi masjid terbesar di Jepun.
- Masjid ini menampilkan keindahan seni bina Islam seperti kubah, kaligrafi dan ruang solat yang tenang. Keindahan ini menjadi satu bentuk dakwah yang mengajak manusia mengingati kebesaran Allah.
- Walaupun berada di negara minoriti Muslim, Tokyo Camii menjadi pusat penyatuan umat Islam dari pelbagai bangsa, mencerminkan nilai ukhuwwah dalam Islam.
- Masjid ini juga terbuka kepada pelawat bukan Muslim, menunjukkan bahawa dakwah boleh disampaikan melalui akhlak, kelembutan dan keterbukaan.
