JESS BOWL

Penyertaan pertama JESS Bowling Team di kejohanan MSSD Hulu Langat. Seramai 25 pemain melibatkan:
- B18 lelaki 11 pemain
- B18 perempuan 6 pemain
- B15 lelaki 4 pemain
- B15 perempuan 4 pemain

Walaupon pasukan baru dibentuk dlm masa 2bulam, Alhamdulillah pencapaian JESS di kejohanan MSSD amat membanggakan dimana B18 perempuan mendapat tempat ke-6 keseluruhan dari ramai-ramai peserta.

- P15 = No. 10
- P18 = No. 6
- L15 = No. 15
- L18 = No. 14

Latihan mingguan Program pembangunan Bowling Jess Vipers diadakan di IOI mall melibatkan 30 pelajar form 1 hingga form 4. Latihan dibahagikan kepada beberapa kumpulan yg mana:
- 2 kumpulan dlm asas permainan
- 2 kumpulan yg 1 step
- 2 kumpulan yg telah mencapai 5 step

B*k ruang perlu ditingkatkan namun latihan asas perlu utk pelatih dlm memahami permainan bowling.

Pemilihan pemain form 1 hingga form 3 utk program Pembangunan Bowling JESS Bowl Team. Seramai 40 pelajar turun utk pemilihan semalam.

Selain itu, dari senarai yg terpilih akan menyertai latihan team MSSD bagi kategori B15.

Alhamdulillah..

It was a great day for the Jess Bowl Team as the MSSD selection for Form 4 and Form 5 was held at Ampang Bowl, Bangi Gateway.

Many thanks to Puan Razalina Pengetua of SMK Jalan 4 for taking the time to visit and support the team yesterday. Heartfelt appreciation also goes to Coach Yen, Coach Dir and Cikgu Lan for conducting and managing the session excellently.

After the MSSDHL tournament, we’ve taken a one-month break. For us, it’s time to hit the reset button and plan for the next phase.

We would like to thank all our players who have been part of this journey. Thank you for giving your heart and commitment during this development phase. We hope all our players continue to do well and maintain a healthy balance between education and sport.

Alhamdulillah & Congratulations to the JESS players who participated in MSSDHL 2025.

Two teams represented JESS in the MSSD 2025 tournament: the B15 and B18 teams.

B18
Overall, the B18 team delivered their best performance throughout the tournament. Even though both goalkeepers were injured—one with a dislocated shoulder and the other rushed to the hospital after being kicked in the neck—the players stepped up and played with great spirit. In the third game, two more players were out due to hamstring injuries. The B18 team finished 3rd in Group D.

B15
The B15 team started strong by winning Group H in the group stage and advanced to the Round of 16. In the Round of 16, JESS faced SMAP Kajang and secured a win to move on to the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinals, the team played against a BBB school but unfortunately lost at this stage. Well done, boys, for playing with full spirit and determination.

Sayonara 2025. We will continue to strive and come back stronger next year, InshaAllah...

Pelik dan Hairan dgn perangai org ni.. Kata coach dekat Kelab Bolasepak femes di Bangi, tp buat cerita tak betul... Lain kali datang bertanya, bagi tahu hujung pangkal cerita..

Pastu sbb apa terjadi JESS FC ni, sbb budak kelab Dia juga buat hal.. Nama dah terpilih MSSD, tp sebab hujung minggu tamak pergi main Tournement injured, dah MSSD tak boleh pergi.. Itu tak kena dgn menipu lagi.. Bgtau balik kg, tp pergi game luar.. Training tak datang.. Sedangkan tahu Nama dah mssd..

Pastu skrg Nak melalak tuduh bukan2.. Tgk nampak bagus, tp ya rabbi perangai.. Satu ja Nak cakap, jaga kelab tu baik2.. Takyah Nak sibuk dgn program sekolah.. Kalau tak tau, datang bertanya.. Jgn main hentam ja...
