The Casual Chat session for Introduction to Hybrid Learning offers a concise overview of this innovative educational approach, blending traditional in-person instruction with online learning components. Hybrid learning, also known as blended learning, seeks to combine the best of both worlds by leveraging technology for flexible content delivery while maintaining valuable face-to-face interactions. In this session, participants explore the principle of hybrid learning, emphasizing its ability to cater to diverse learning styles and schedules. Mode of delivery involves a mix of classroom sessions supplemented by digital resources, interactive modules, and virtual discussions. Assessment in hybrid learning typically incorporates a variety of methods, including quizzes, projects, online discussions, and traditional exams, allowing for comprehensive evaluation of student understanding and progress. Through this Casual Chat, participants gain insights into the fundamentals of hybrid learning, empowering them to effectively navigate and optimize this evolving educational landscape.
