Program AI Ready ASEAN

AI Ready ASEAN, satu inisiatif oleh ASEAN Foundation dengan sokongan daripada Google.org, bertujuan memperkasa 5.5 juta warga ASEAN untuk berkembang maju dalam era kecerdasan buatan (AI).

Program yang berlangsung dari tahun 2024 hingga 2026 ini akan melatih 2,000 Master Trainer, melibatkan 800,000 individu dalam pembelajaran AI, menganjurkan persidangan dasar di peringkat serantau dan kebangsaan, menerbitkan laporan penyelidikan AI serantau yang komprehensif, serta melancarkan platform e-pembelajaran sebagai hab sumber AI berpusat.

UTM–Niigata University Strengthen Global Engineering Collaboration through MATSURI 2.0 Program

JOHOR BAHRU, Mar 28 – Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), through the Centre for Engineering Education (CEE), continues to strengthen its global engagement initiatives with Niigata University (NU), Japan, through the implementation of the Malaysia–Japan Academic, Technology and Student Unity for Real-World Integration (MATSURI 2.0): Engineering Bonds Beyond Borders program. The program was held from 19 February to 27 March 2026.

Established under a Letter of Collaboration (LoC) signed in 2024, the MATSURI program was designed by Dr. Nurzal Effiyana Ghazali to equip participants with relevant engineering competencies aligned with current industry needs, as well as the International Engineering Alliance Graduate Attributes and Professional Competencies. MATSURI 2.0 has been further enhanced to move beyond conventional language and cultural exchange models, offering an immersive learning experience that integrates intercultural engagement, professional development, and real-world engineering exposure.
