15 March 2026

Today we had our CLOW session with the children reflecting on the Gospel for the 4th Sunday of Lent (Year A) — the story of Jesus healing the man born blind.

The children listened closely and were eager to share their thoughts. Through the story, they learned how Jesus brings light into our lives and helps us see with faith. It was nice to see them asking questions, participating, and learning from one another.

Thank you to our parents and volunteers for helping make the session meaningful for the children.

Our next CLOW session will be on 12th April 2026.

8th March 2026

The CLOW session was attended by about 27 children, who joined in with great enthusiasm. They listened attentively, shared their thoughts, and interacted actively throughout the session.

The Gospel for the 3rd Sunday of Lent (Year A) tells the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well. Through the sharing and homily, the children learned how Jesus welcomes everyone and offers us the “living water” that brings new life.

It was wonderful to see the children eager to learn and reflect on the Gospel together. Thank you to our parents and volunteers for their support in making the session meaningful for the children.

Our next CLOW session is on 15th March 2026.
Do come and join us !

✨ 8th February 2026✨

Today, we held our CLOW session with more than 20 children joyfully joining us. Their enthusiasm, participation, and eagerness to learn made the session truly special.

The 8 February 2026 Mass readings reflected the Gospel Matthew 5:13–16, where Jesus reminds us that we are called to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. The children learned that by showing kindness, helping others, and doing good deeds, they can let their light shine for everyone to see.

A heartfelt thank you to all our parents and volunteers for your dedication and support in making today’s session such a joyful and fruitful one.

Our next CLOW is on 8th March 2026.

✨18th January 2026 ✨

We joyfully kicked off our first English Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) of the year, with 18 enthusiastic children joining us! Their eagerness to participate, share, and learn made the session truly meaningful.

The Gospel (John 1:29–34) introduces Jesus as the Lamb of God, the one sent by God to take away the sins of the world. Through this Gospel, the children learned who Jesus is and how we are called to recognise Him and follow Him in our daily lives.

The children participated actively, listened attentively, and shared their thoughts with great enthusiasm. It was heartening to see how much they learned and enjoyed the session.

Do join us for our next CLOW on 8th February 2026!

✨ 12th October 2025✨

About 20 kids attended the CLOW session today. The Gospel reading was about the 10 lepers and the importance of thanking Jesus in our lives.

The kids were eager to participate in the CLOW session. They prayed, sat, stood, sang, meditated and most importantly listened attentively to the Word of God.

When the Homily was shared, one kid had a lot of questions: How do we thank God? How do we pray? Etc.

I am sure the kids went away with a greater sense of peace in their lives, knowing that God was walking with them everyday, even in their troubles, and that they should always thank God for His goodness.

✨ 17th August 2025✨

We had another joyful and spirit-filled CLOW session today. The children’s eagerness to listen, share, and take part made the Gospel come alive.

This week’s Gospel for the 20th Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year C) reminded us that following Jesus isn’t always easy. He tells us that sometimes it may cause challenges, even within our families and friends. However, He calls us to be brave and faithful disciples, always choosing love and truth.

The children reflected on what it means to stand firm in their faith and took part in meaningful activities, including lighting candles to remind us that Jesus is our guiding light.

There will be no CLOW until 12th October 2025.

Till then, let us continue to pray for the children that they may continue to strengthen their faith and open their hearts to God’s word.

✨ 10th August 2025 ✨

We had another joyful CLOW session today with about 25 bright and enthusiastic children joining us! Their active participation and eagerness to learn made the session truly special.

This week’s Gospel for the 19th Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year C) reminded us of the importance of being always ready and prepared for the Lord. Jesus taught that we do not know the exact time He will come, so we should live each day faithfully — showing love, kindness, and service to others.

Through storytelling, sharing, and activities like lighting the candles, the children reflected on how they can be ready for Jesus by making good choices every day.

We are so glad everything worked out beautifully. A heartfelt thank you to our parents, volunteers, and of course, the children, for your time, effort, and dedication.

See you at our next CLOW!

✨ 13th July 2025 – Our Seventh Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) ✨

We had a meaningful and joyful CLOW session today with around 25 enthusiastic children joining us! Their energy, participation, and eagerness to learn truly brought the Gospel to life. 🌟

This week’s Gospel for the 15th Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year C) focused on the well-loved story of the Good Samaritan.
Jesus reminded us that we are called to love and help everyone, not just our friends. A kind Samaritan stopped to care for a man who was hurt, while others walked past. Through this story, Jesus teaches us to show kindness to anyone in need, no matter who they are.

The children reflected on the importance of compassion and kindness through engaging storytelling and meaningful activities — including lighting candles to symbolize sharing the light of Christ. 🕯️💛

We also experienced this morning what was shared in the gospel reading. When the children went back to church, one kid got lost. She didn't know where her grandparents were. Zachary, one of the CLOW participants went forward. He was the good samaritan who brought the girl back to her guardian in the Cry Room.

We are so glad everything went smoothly, and we are grateful to all the parents, volunteers, and our little ones for making this session so special.

See you at our next CLOW! 🙌

✨ 15th June 2025 – Our Sixth Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) ✨

Today’s CLOW session was a joyful and enriching gathering with around 25 enthusiastic children joining us.

We explored the Gospel of The Most Holy Trinity, learning about the beautiful mystery of the Three-in-One God. A simple yet powerful example of an egg was used to explain the Trinity — three parts, yet one whole and how the Holy Spirit can guide us in our daily lives when we listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

The children listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and participated in activities like lighting the candles which symbolizes the light of God in their lives. They were full of excitement and energy.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents, volunteers and children for making this session a meaningful experience as we continue to deepen our faith. 😊
