Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera

Sekitar tahun 2019, saya pernah menawarkan kelas Bahasa Inggeris (BI) melalui media Skype. Saya gemar mengajar secara online kerana ia menjimatkan masa, tenaga dan wang ringgit. Namun waktu itu tiada sambutan. Ramai yang gemar datang kekelas.

Manakala diluar negara, mengajar BI online perkara biasa bagi ELTs (English Language Teachers ) seperti kami.

Belajar online :

X perlu bersiap
X perlu menaiki atau pandu kenderaan - jimat masa pelajar
X perlu berjalan kekelas - naik lift atau panjat tangga - pelajar tidak penat

Kelebihannya p**a adalah seratus-peratus (100% ) fokus kerana guru dan pelajar perlu mengguna headset dan mikrofon serta mengadap skrin komputer. Enam puluh (60) minit berlalu begitu pantas kerana setiap minit digunakan sepenuhnya.

Dikelas, pelajar saya berpeluang berlatih menulis ayat melalui 'Share Document' saya.

Kelas sentiasa dalam keadaan interaksi dua hala samada menulis atau bertutur.
Harapan saya adalah untuk mengajar lebih ramai 'Working Adults' yang amat memerlukan kemahiran berbahasa Inggeris : bertutur dan menulis.

PENTING:

Kita positif pandemik akan meninggalkan kita, inn sha Allah. Waktu itu, ekonomi akan kembali pulih dan peluang pekerjaan akan terbuka luas. Ini adalah putaran kehidupan. Jika kemahiran BI adalah satu keperluan dalam pekerjaan, bermulalah sekarang.
