Yesterday, we officially opened the doors to 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗪𝗵𝗼? 𝘈 𝘛𝘢𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘯-𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘰 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 & 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘹𝘩𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, and the energy was simply incredible.

From the focused faces trying out the traditional Orang Asli blowpipe to the beautiful bamboo boats woven at our interactive station, your enthusiasm truly brought the space to life. It was a joy watching visitors realise just how versatile bamboo can be, transforming from a simple plant into advanced eco-packaging or a natural remedy for degraded ex-mining lands.

We are closed today to recharge, but we will be back and ready to welcome you tomorrow (Monday) at 10:00 AM.

While bamboo has always quietly existed in our daily lives, it is so much more than a traditional craft material. At the BamWho? exhibition, we are peeling back the stereotypes to reveal bamboo’s three incredible superpowers:
