Dear Students,

Please note that this Google Form is strictly for undergraduate students who did not submit their hostel appeal through Campus Online.

Students who have already submitted an appeal via Campus Online must not submit another appeal using this Google Form, as duplicate submissions will not be considered.

Students whose appeals were submitted through Campus Online but were unsuccessful will be informed should there be any further updates regarding the administrative appeal process.

RESULT FOR HOSTEL APPLICATION DURING END SEMESTER BREAK, ACADEMIC SESSION 2025/2026
Greetings!
Please find below the results for the hostel application during the End of Semester break for the Academic Session 2025/2026. The room keys can be collected at the Desasiswa Cahaya Gemilang's office starting from July 29, 2026 (Wednesday) at 2:30 PM.
Before collecting the room keys, please ensure that the payment for accommodation has been cleared. You can make the payment online at Desasiswa Cahaya Gemilang.
Important:
If there are any changes to the approved check-in date and check-out dates, please liaise directly with Desasiswa Cahaya Gemilang. Please note that students will be charged according to the new dates.
Approval for PMC Berkumpulan will be announced soon via email in stages to the person-in-charge who made the booking with HAC.

🔄 If you wish to reject the offer, please press the 'REJECT OFFER' button on the portal by 17 July 2026.

⚠️ For those who did not secure a placement, you can submit an appeal through the Campus Online portal from 03-10 July 2026. Note: Only students who applied during the initial phase are eligible to appeal.

Undergraduate students who wish to submit a hostel appeal application for Semester 2 are invited to apply.

The application period has been extended until 17 April 2026 to provide students with additional time to submit their Hostel Appeal Application.
