As Hari Raya Aidilfitri is just around the corner, our teachers and students of Crownston came together to experience the beauty of this festive season. Through learning about Malay traditions and customs, we gained a deeper appreciation of the rich cultural heritage of our Malaysian community.
We also had a fun and meaningful session making ketupat, allowing our children to experience the uniqueness of Malaysia’s multicultural society firsthand.

Through this course, we take students beyond the classroom and into real environments for fieldwork and hands-on learning.

In May 2025, Crownston organized "Colour My Emotions: A Journey Through the Zones of Regulation," an interactive activity to help our students to explore emotions through the lens of the Zones of Regulation®, a framework that categorizes feelings into four color-coded zones:

🔵 Blue Zone – Low energy (sad, tired, bored, sick)
🟢 Green Zone – Calm, focused, happy, ready to learn (optimal zone)
🟡 Yellow Zone – Heightened emotions (excited, anxious, frustrated, silly)
🔴 Red Zone – Intense emotions (angry, terrified, out of control)
